The Green blackmail

The latest news is Jairam ramesh is seriously concerned abot the birds of Noida not because of Aurushi or Moninder Singh Pandher or, Surendra Koli but because of some stones and concrete. Now read the following news

In early 2006, a manimandapam for the late leader Erattamalai Srinivasan was conceived within the premises of Gandhi Mandapam in Chennai at the cost of Rs. 19 lakhs. On Jul 8, 2009 Deputy Chief Minister M K Stalin opened a memorial and a statue of Dalit leader Erattamalai Srinivasan at Gandhi Mandapam. Work has begun for the construction of the Manimandapam which is presently being built. Guindy Park is contiguous with the Arignar Anna Zoological Park.It is behind the Gandhi Mandapam, Kamaraj Memorial and Rajaji Memorial on Sardar Patel road in Chennai. The rear southeast edge of the park adjoins the campus of Indian Institute of Technology. Erattai malai was a Dalit leader, a forgotten person till 2006 and now the pleasing him by stones is because of VCK and votes.

Now Guindy park consists of Snakes, Crocodiles and the adjoining forests extending from inside the raj bhavan and behind these numerous memorials in Guindy consists of natural habitat. Many birds and animals have their home there. So WHEN NO ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR A DALIT ERATTAIMALIA WHY IS IT REQUIRED FOR A TALLER KANSHI AND BEHEN?

NOIDA IS NOT IN SOME JUNGLE. That a huge memorial and a concrete structure is coming there is common knowledge known to all in Noida and Delhi and most probably to most else where too. so why should the environment ministry seek explanation now when the structure is more or less complete. For waiting so long the officials who issued the notice should be booked for dereliction of duty and in case Kanshi should move so should the Gandhi and Kamaraj along with Erattaimalai.
