What he said today has been told one hundred times by all the CEC's but still the performance varies their 'vouch'ers. All he said today was something about machines made by chips and cannot communicate with anything outside, machines made by public sector and not private companies and a three member commitee setup by government [ setup?] confirmed its authenticity.
